11 October 2016

Products, services and solutions provider Arrow has joined the Red Hat Certified Cloud and Service Provider Programme. Arrow, which has global headquarters in Englewood, Colorado, United States, caters to industrial and commercial customers by offering a wide range of electronic and computing solutions for business. The company operates in 85 countries and “serves as a supply channel partner for over 100,000 original equipment manufacturers, contract manufacturers and commercial customers”.

By joining the programme Arrow will be able to sell Red Hat solutions via ArrowSphere - an online single access point for provisioning cloud services quickly and efficiently - and offer Red Hat’s hybrid cloud solutions in United Kingdom. The move will benefit cloud hosting and managed service providers by enabling them to resell Red Hat products. Arrow's partners will also benefit from “an always-on, always-available infrastructure support network” that will enable partners to generate the “maximum income” from Red Hat's suite of products and services.

“We are excited to work with Arrow as a Red Hat Certified Cloud and Service Provider and part of the Red Hat partner ecosystem,” explained Red Hat’s Vice President, Business Development, Mike Ferris. “We are committed to offering customers and developers broad choice in the cloud, and a key to that vision is building a strong ecosystem of partners that can enable users to build and deploy the best applications possible. We look forward to collaborating with Arrow as it grows its cloud offerings with Red Hat,” he added.
