Magento and CMS hosting specialist Nexcess has opened a new data center in the United Kingdom. Nexcess, which has global headquarters in Southfield, Michigan, United States, was established in 2000. The company operates data centers across the United States and in Europe and Australia. Alongside Magento it offers managed hosting for solutions like WordPress, ExpressionEngine, and CraftCMS. By opening its new data center Nexcess is addressing increased demand for its services in the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe.Nexcess’ latest data center facility is a carrier-neutral Tier–3 data center offering multiple Tier–1 bandwidth providers. The company’s second in the United Kingdom, it is located near London and situated in the recently opened ‘4D Gatwick’ a “state-of-the-art” data center. The facility will offer Nexcess’ entire suite of services.
