They've even done a few things for free even though they technically are supposed to charge. The tutorials are helpful. The technical support work 24/7, always ready to help in a professional and friendly way: communicative and quite fast. I have gotten responses to my e-mails not even 5 minutes later. If you know how to do basic things in linux or windows, their machines are the best. Keep up the good work! Simple turnkey solution to everything I needed.
