 I'll stick around for a long time with these guys. As someone who runs an online business, security is always at the forefront of my mind. That's why I was so pleased to find Right Servers, a managed VPS provider that takes security seriously. They have provided security and firewalls at every layer, from the physical layer all the way to the app layer (CMS), giving me peace of mind that my website and my data are safe. I have not had any security incidents since signing up with Right Servers and I appreciate their commitment to keeping my website secure. In the past, I had nightmare situations with exploits / hacks / malware and always had to revert to backups. It doesn't sound like the worse thing that can happen but it's very embarrassing when your client calls you in the morning to tell you that the site needs to be fixed ASAP. I'm extremely impressed I was waiting a couple months before writing this review to ensure the service was reliable... So I recently signed up for the solo managed VPS plan with Right Servers and I have to say, I'm extremely impressed with their service. Before signing up, I was a bit concerned about my lack of technical knowledge and whether I would be able to manage my VPS on my own. However, Right Servers put all my worries to rest. Their customer support team is exceptional and they have been able to take care of everything for me. Ashwin and Yazan on the support team have been super helpful and feel like an extension of my own business. I would HIGHLY recommend Right Servers to anyone, especially those who are new to VPS hosting and may need some experts to handle the server side of things. They will take care of you and ensure that your website runs smoothly. |

Nice managed Canada VPS! I just wanted to say a big thank you. These guys have been absolutely awesome and the tech support has been outstanding. I've used the services of many of the bigger named web hosting providers in Canada and paid far far more per year for their service only to be let down by poor customer services and support when needed. Rightservers is unsurpassed in price, amount of space I've referred friends who are equally satisfied with the service. Rightservers was unsurpassed in price, amount of space, and number of email accounts. I was looking specifically for a host with proven excellence in technical support, because I had a poor experience with the previous hosting provider I used. This web host quickly provided me with references. I've used the support system quite a bit, and I can tell you that they are responsive, friendly, and patient. |

They solve problems Impressed! Rightservers is far suprerior provider for managed solutions for enprepreneurs - they solve problems and on an extremely timely manner. When I have a problem - their technicians get information which I can give them and determine what the problem is and fix it for me, while in most cases, you are in an IM session. I mostly use IM and when not available I know I can leave a support ticket - they are all over it. |

It is really awesome cloud provider! You can submit support tickets easily right from the dashboard, and choose the level of severity of your issue. The customer support team at Rightservers is simply perfection. They give you all the features you could possibly need. They also have great prices. |

I have very good success with Right Servers I highly recommend Rightservers. I plan on being with them a long time. The uptime with them is great, I rarely have any downtime, or lag. They are quick with their responses and seem to be very reliable. Well, the features fit my needs perfectly. |

The servers are fast Rightservers provider is my first host and it's been a great experience. I've seen the site go down a few times (used for 11 months) but it's usually quickly back up. For $29.97/mo you get a managed cloud hosting plan packed with features and accessibility with huge amount of disk space, transfer and unlimited domains possible. |
