Scottish Data Centre Services Providers brightsolid and DataVita Form Partnership

Key Scottish data centre services providers brightsolid and DataVita have formed a partnership. The two companies, both Tier III and ISO 27001 accredited, will work together to establish infrastructures that will enhance corporate access to the cloud throughout Scotland.

Brightsolid, which has headquarters in Dundee, Scotland, United Kingdom, has data centres in Aberdeen and Dundee. The company prides itself on offering technology that “enables businesses of all sizes to live and work in agile, collaborative environments and empowers internal IT to deliver greater business value and an enhanced customer experience”. Its products and services extend to IaaS, managed IT services, cyber security, SaaS, and Virtual Private Servers.

DataVita, which has headquarters in Strathclyde Business Park, Scotland, United Kingdom, is a startup established only last year. The company operates Fortis - “Scotland's largest, energy efficient data centre”. The company’s offerings extend to co-location and cloud services. Together the organisations will offer a mix of traditional IT infrastructure and on-demand cloud services.
